This warranty applies exclusively to SpotFX™ projectors purchased directly through ProjectYourBrand.com. Units purchased through other channels are not covered under this warranty.

SpotFX™ Projector — Manufacturer’s Warranty

Your SpotFX™ projector is backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty when purchased through an authorized distributor, including ProjectYourBrand.com. This warranty is designed to give you confidence that your unit is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

What’s Covered

  • Duration: 12 months from the original date of purchase
  • Scope: LED fixture and integrated optics
  • Resolution: At the manufacturer’s discretion, a defective unit will be either repaired or replaced with a comparable model

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:

  • Accidental Damage — drops, liquid spills, or physical impact
  • Misuse — operating the unit outside of its specified 12V power requirements or environmental ratings
  • Unauthorized Service — any repair or modification attempted by a party not authorized by BlueCoast Collective
  • Normal Wear — gradual degradation of components that does not affect the projector’s primary function
