All SpotFX™ projectors and custom gobos ship from our facility in Grand Haven, Michigan. We are committed to getting your order processed and delivered as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, ProjectYourBrand.com ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing & Production Times

SpotFX™ Projectors In-stock projectors are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Custom Gobos Custom gobos require production time before shipping. Please allow 5–7 business days for production after your order is placed and artwork is approved. Shipping time is in addition to production time.

💡 Planning for an event or grand opening? We recommend ordering your custom gobo at least 2–3 weeks in advance to allow for production, shipping, and setup time.

Gobo Packages Gobo packages follow the same 5–7 business day production window as custom gobos.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order leaves our facility

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Please retain all original packaging and photograph any damage before contacting us — this is required to file a carrier claim.
