Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Use that number to check status directly with the carrier.

Didn’t get a shipping confirmation?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, contact us with your order number and we’ll look it up for you.
Gobos and projectors may ship separately if ordered together — you may receive more than one tracking email.

How long does production take for custom gobos?

Custom gobos are typically produced and shipped within 5–7 business days after your artwork is approved. Rush options may be available — contact us to ask.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

We begin production quickly, so changes aren’t always possible. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What file format do I need for my gobo artwork?

We accept .AI files in RGB color format. All strokes and text must be converted to outlines, and no gradients. Dichroic gobos are limited to three solid colors per slide. Full artwork specs are on our [Custom Gobos page].

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Custom gobos are made to order and are non-refundable unless there is a production defect. SpotFX™ projectors may be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition. See our full [Returns & Refunds policy].

What’s covered under the SpotFX™ warranty?

The SpotFX™ projector is covered by a 12-month limited warranty on the LED fixture and integrated optics. See our full [Warranty page] for details.
