Our Policy Because custom gobos are manufactured to your specific design and specifications, all custom gobo orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun. SpotFX™ Projector orders may be eligible for return under the conditions below.

SpotFX™ Projector Returns If you are not satisfied with your SpotFX™ Projector, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible the projector must be unused or minimally used, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

To initiate a return contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items If your projector or gobo arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage and your order details. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Custom Gobo Quality Issues If your custom gobo does not match your approved artwork proof, we will remake it at no charge. We do not offer refunds on custom gobo orders where the delivered product matches the approved proof.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
